Our 2024 Nero comes from two different vineyard sites, one in Tatachilla and one in the Willunga foothills. The fruit from the two sites was picked three weeks apart (which speaks to the climactic distance between them), with the cooler Willunga parcel being fermented using 100% whole bunches. The resulting wine beautifully represents the two parcels - with some dense yet pretty red and black fruits balanced delicately by lively natural acid, and the herbal, white pepper edge of the whole bunch parcel.
